Through our unique multi-well approach, we're able to mitigate the investor's risk by extending the investment across multiple wells, increasing the investor's probability for success. And, the invoice-cost structure means investors pay only their share of the actual drilling and completion costs as determined by their ownership position in the program. With the turnkey structure, on the other hand, the cost is generally double or more than double the actual drilling and completion costs, enabling the competition to profit on the front end whether the well is successful or not.
